Drop box is AWESOME!
It is the easiest way to store, sync, and, share files online. There's no complicated interface to learn. Dropbox works seamlessly with your operating system. I use this to access documents while I am out of the office via my laptop. PLUS, once you sign up for Drop Box (totally free) and you have friends sign up through your account you will receive an additional 250 MB of storage space (8 Gig Limit).
